Contact form. When you send a message, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, your question, who you are reaching out for, and how you found us. That message is emailed to our inbox so Owen can read and reply to it. It is not stored in a database on this website.

Booking. When you book a session, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking. The appointment is added to our calendar so we can meet with you.

Payments. Paid sessions are charged through Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number; we see your name, email, the amount, and what was booked.

Health information. You never have to share health details to contact us. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and save detailed medical records for a consult rather than the contact form.

Spam protection. Form submissions are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy focused alternative to CAPTCHAs. Cloudflare receives the information it needs to judge whether a submission is automated, under its own privacy policy.

Visitor statistics. We keep simple, privacy-first statistics about how this site is used: the page visited, the time, the website that referred you (the domain only), and whether the visit appears to come from an automated bot. To count unique visits without identifying you, your IP address and browser type are combined into a one-way code that changes every day. We never store your IP address itself, and no cookies are used for this. These statistics are kept in our own database and contain no names or contact details.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site.

We use what you share only to reply to you, to schedule and provide the services you ask for, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

This site sets no advertising, profiling, or cross site tracking cookies. Your browser may store a display preference (such as light or dark mode) on your own device; that preference is never sent to us.

Messages stay in our business email for as long as they are needed to serve you and to keep required business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who reaches out on behalf of a child should contact us first so we can talk about fit.
